Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup black beans
  • ½ cup finely chopped red pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp each cumin, salt and pepper
  • Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla

Directions:

  1. Toss corn with black beans, red pepper, red onion and cilantro.
  2. Stir in lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Serve with Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla
