Green Pea Guacamole

A twist on classic guacamole, this bright green dip is fresh and lively with a hint of sweet, thanks to the addition of green peas. It’s totally plant-based, and totally delicious.

  • 1 medium-large avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, defrosted
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Que Pasa Jalapeno and Lime Tortilla Chips, for serving


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Que Pasa Jalapeno and Lime Tortilla Chips, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
