Smoky Chipotle Guacamole

The smoky, spicy chipotle hot sauce adds depth and heat to this avocado-based dip. Add more spice to taste and enjoy with some Blue Que Pasa chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chipotle-flavored hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp each cumin and salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:

  1. Mash avocado with lime juice, hot sauce, cumin and salt. Stir in cilantro.
