Tuscan Nachos

A summery take on everybody’s favorite appetizer! Cheesy, crunchy & loaded with flavors from the Mediterranean, this snack is best enjoyed fresh from the oven.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out a base layer of tortilla chips. Top with a light layer of sundried tomatoes and 1/2 the cheese. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat.
  2. Place in oven to cook for 8 minutes and broil for the remaining 2 minutes in order to get melted, bubbly cheese.
  3. Remove from oven and drop a few spoonfuls of pepita pesto, followed by fresh olives.
  4. Serve with Que Pasa Mild Mexicana Salsa & enjoy!
